2724 "L" Hurdle Cart Assembly Instructions

Unwrap all of the foam from the parts. Unpack wheels, casters and hardware.
The 6″ X 2″ wheels go in between the two bars at the front of the cart. For easiest assembly, insert bolt from outside of cart through bar. Then pass bolt through wheel making sure that adapter bushing will stay in the wheel, passing through the other bar. Tighten the jam lock nut just tight enough so that the wheel can still spin freely.
Insert the swivel caster through the 1/2″ hole at the back of the cart on the left and right sides. Place the lock washer and nut on threads and tighten.
Fasten handle to the back of the cart using the 4 – 3/8″ x 1″ hex bolts and nuts. Insert the bolts through the handle mounting plate. Tighten the nut on the inside of the channel.

Note: Handle should be angling back away from cart.
